By enrolling in or using the Course, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from your use of the information provided, and you release and hold harmless Welding Online Academy (by Prototopics), its owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability arising from your participation in the Course.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the Welding Fundamentals Online Course, you agree that you:
- Will not attempt to replicate welding demonstrations without proper training, tools, supervision, and safety precautions.
- Are solely responsible for verifying and complying with any applicable local, state, or national safety laws and certification requirements.

Intellectual Property

In certain instances we may utilize images or videos that are owned or under copyright of another party to illustrate a specific topic, or show a specific item. We do not claim ownership to those assets and add them strictly for illustrative purposes. If you are the owner of one of those assets and would like the asset removed, please contact us. We retain the rights of removal granting us 30 days of contacted removal request before assets need to be removed. After assets are removed, we are not under any liability to inform the owner of its removal.

Refund Policy
We offer a complete refund for anyone who hasn’t yet started the course. We also offer a 50% refund for anyone who has begun the course and not completed it. If you are in need of assistance for a refund, please contact us. Refunds will at the sole discretion of Welding Online Academy. We reserve the right to decline refunds for any reason.
Modifications and Termination
Welding Online Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course or Website at any time. We do not need to provide prior notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
The terms herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. This happens without regard to its conflict of law principles.
